Before you order, you can send us photos and measurements of your door, current lock, and door edge for a free fit check.

After purchase, support is available through info@lockery.com.au for product setup, installation guidance, troubleshooting, delivery questions, and warranty claims.

Professional installation is optional and separate from product delivery.

Installation availability depends on your location, door suitability, and scheduling. Where required, Lockery may coordinate the work with an installation partner. We will confirm the proposed arrangement with you before an appointment is booked.
