SHIPPING AREAS
Lockery currently ships smart lock orders Australia-wide.
If your delivery address is remote, regional, or difficult for standard couriers to reach, contact us before ordering and we can help confirm the best next step.
SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free for Lockery Mini and Lockery Pro orders within Australia.
Any optional installation service is separate from delivery and is not a shipping fee.
DISPATCH TIMING
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
If an order needs extra verification, door-fit checking, or installation coordination before dispatch, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, stock movement, public holidays, weather, remote delivery areas, or other events outside our direct control.
INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY
Product delivery and installation are separate services.
Delivery covers getting the Lockery product to your nominated address. Installation covers fitting the lock to a compatible door and may be arranged separately where available.
If you add installation at checkout, we may contact you to confirm door suitability, location, scheduling, and any practical requirements before the installation proceeds.
DELAYS OR STOCK CHANGES
If stock availability, supplier dispatch, courier movement, or installation coordination causes a meaningful delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a delay is significant, we will explain the updated estimate and discuss available options, which may include waiting for fulfilment, changing arrangements, or cancelling the order before dispatch where appropriate.
TRACKING
Emailed once dispatched.
Tracking updates depend on the courier or fulfilment partner. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we can help check the order status.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. We can only change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched.
